12 Minute AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible):

16 Lunges

4 Burpee Pull-Ups

Special surprise!: at 0:00 and 6:00, perform a 400M Run

*Notes: For the pull-ups, the bar should be six inches taller than your hand can reach. In other words, if you were standing right under the bar and reached your hands straight up, there should still be a six-inch gap between your hands and the bar. For the lunges, try not to let your knee knock to the ground. Your lunge decent should be slower than the ascent and controlled. Your knee should lightly touch the ground.
