A. 200M Run

                       14 Dumbbell Lunges

B. 7 DB Press

    21 Sit Ups

*Notes: The 200 meter run is a sprint!! The workout should be carried out as follows:

0-2 munites = round A

2-4 minutes = rounds B

4-6 minutes = round A

6-8 minutes = round B

And….DONE
