For time:

800m Run

40 Jumping Squats

20 Hand Release Push-Ups

400M Run

20 Jumping Squats

20 Hand Release Push-Ups

200M Run

10 Jumping Squats

20 Hand Release Push-Ups

*Notes: Jumping squat should be a max effort jump every time. Don’t worry if the height of your jump starts to get shorter, just as long as you are giving it your all every time. For the hand release push-ups, click here for a good demo video. On the running, pace yourself on the 800 meter, this is a great warm up. The 400 meter should be a faster pace than the 800, and the 200 should be a sprint.
