*Notes: Pace yourself, People. The 200 meter run is supposed to be a sprint. Be careful with your balance on the jumping lunges, don’t just slam down on your knee. Your knee should touch the ground like it is whispering a secret. This workout is a BUTT BLASTER for sure!
