400M Run

20 Lunges

*Notes: Remember to breathe! The run should be challenging, but use it as a chance to catch your breath a bit. Try not to pound your knee to the ground during the lunges. Lower your knee to the ground with enough control that your knee just lightly touches the ground, and then pop back up to a standing position.
