20 Burpees

20 Push-Ups

50 Double Unders

16 Burpees

16 Push-Ups

40 Double Unders

12 Burpees

12 Push-Ups

30 Double Unders

8 Burpees

8 Push-Ups

20 Double Unders

4 Burpees

4 Push-Ups

10 Double Unders

*Notes: If double unders are too difficult, single unders are a good substitute, just double the reps, i.e. 50 double unders = 100 single unders. Burpees are  to be carried out as follows: from a standing position down to a push-up position, complete a push-up, back to a standing position. If a regular push-up is too difficult, a kneeling push-up is a good substitute.
