3 Rounds for Time:

40 Jumping Squats

20 Burpees

10 Strict Pull Ups

*Notes: Each jumping squat should be a max effort jump. Only squat as low as possible while maintaining a neutral spine position/keep tension in your core. Burpees should be carried out as follows: from a standing position to a push-up position, complete push-up, return to a standing position. For your pull-ups, make sure at least your chin clears the bar.
